it say's picture file's are to big to upload

Any one no how to make a pic smaller let me no please ..

ok what you do is go open your picture in paint
go to image, then click on stretch/skew
change the two 100%'s to the same number
i use 30%
make sure you change it to the same number
save the image under a different name or else the original big picture will dissapear
then upload the smaller picture
